Decided to try out their frozen whole Chile long spike king crab. I can only say it is a great disappointment. The meat (steaming style) is super dry, and none about the sweetness. I doubt even if eat it in steamboat style will help much. Although the price ($58/kg) is much lower than lives king crab at restaurants (Long Beach, etc @ $130 - $160/kg), I’ll never consider the frozen king crab again.
