Being lovers of English pies and desserts I ordered some pies for our weekend breakfast. They have a hangover pie that has all your favorite breakkie ingredients in a pie. It was to have arrived the night before but alas it did not. Not only that they did not bother to let me know it was not arriving that day. Can you imagine if I were having guests and not just family. Anyway panic ensued on my part and messaged them first thing. Luckily they managed to fill most of my order and rushed it out to me within half an hour. So kudos for that. But it would have been better to let me know earlier it wasn’t arriving as scheduled. The pies itself were pretty good. The pastry was crusty and filling quite tasty. There’s something very satisfying about eating sausage eggs and beans in a pie. I still have an English pork pie which I’m looking forward to. As well as a sticky date pudding. I will definitely buy more in the future. With luck I may even get them delivered on time. All I can say is the pies saved the day. #maneklady #manekeats

Their Cornish Pasty is amazingly a full meal. It comes with chunks of steak meat and vegetables. They did not skimp on ingredients. Soft crisp buttery pastry. Sausage rolls is awesome. Pastry is packed with pork! Good quality pork, not luncheon meat you get from local bakeries. Worth the calories & must try if you want frozen quality food. Good to store in freezer for easy meal. Yay for hungry stomach. Excellent for working from home snack/ quick lunch! Enjoy!

I ordered quite a few pies and was quite looking forward to it. However, the delivery experience was disappointing. I was informed at the last minute that the delivery was delayed to the next day. When the pies were delivered, I found out through some scribbling on the delivery order that one key item, lamb shepherd pie was not delivered as it was supposedly out of stock and a refund has been given. However, it was not debited back to my account and the person was not contactable. For the pie itself, I tried the family pie chicken and mushroom. After following the instructions on the foil, I found out that the crust wasn't fully cooked and the filling was tasteless. It was an unsatisfactory experience for my family.

Placed our first order of a classic English pork pie, a chicken mushroom, an Aussie meat pie, sausage rolls, beans and apple crumble. All the pies were delicious. The pork pie is the best by far in Singapore, tested and approved by my English hubby. 5 stars for the pies, 4 stars rating overall as we didn't like the beans (stringy) and sausage rolls MIA. But we definitely recommend Simply Good Pies and come back for more! A tip: Don't order for delivery on the date you want to eat them. Order at least one day earlier. They come frozen so it's easy to store them in the freezer

I ordered the large pork pie and two other pies with some sides, pies are delivered in secure packaging and store very nice until they are needed. I froze the Pies, they seem to retain their quality and the pasty remains crusty even after freezing. Delicious pies can't wait to try more.

Finally 2021 delivers some simply good news. No, make that great news. Massive, fantastic Cornish Pasties. How I’ve missed that comforting handful of deliciousness. Quality meat and excellent value. The steak pie was equally good. And the sausage rolls are so fresh. Made me and my plate very happy!!

Service was superb - Mark was very kind and agreed to have pies delivered on a day not usually set aside for delivery. Pies were wonderful. I ordered the chicken and truffle - i didn't try it because someone else did, but the smell was heavenly. The Steak and kidney was the best I've had in Singapore (and I've tried a few other places), the pork pie was the best I've had anywhere (UK, Singapore, etc.) - flavourful, not over-lardy, pastry crisp, jelly just right. I also ordered the Ukrainian beef (both in support of Mark and Ukraine), the English breakfast and Scots beef pie. All were lovely. I will definitely be re-ordering and trying the other offerings as well as re-ordering the pork pie for parties. The only thing i was sad about was that the pork pie didn't have the lattice but that was a small thing

Very poorly made. Im not sure how they get 5 star reviews…. Chicken pie was more like chicken soup. The beef one had better consistency but meat was very dry. The crust does not have any buttery taste(although they say they use a special butter crust recipe) I think its much easier and cheaper to make ur own pies by following recipes on google.
