unless you have the resident ready to open gate for you. impossible to park outside of the premise.

Positioned between aljunied and paya lebar mrt the condo is located in less happening area of geylang, so expect to walk 5 mins to find food or groceries.
Typical shoe box unit, cramped, oversized balcony and ac ledge. Half units facing mrt line and another half facing sims rd, expect some noises.
