TRE Residences - 9 Geylang East Ave 1

Have been staying here since TOP. Great place, unblocked view and can see fireworks. V accessible to MRT via a sheltered walkway, and can reach town quickly. Lots of food choices; convenience stores; NTUC, Sheng Siong, dental and GP clinics. Furthermore, there are child care centers within walking distance eg MyFirstSkool at Blk 128. All in, a superb place to stay. :)

Pretty close to aljunied mrt like 4 min walk, The pool is huge and compensate for the gym which they call minimalist(4 equipment only). The guards can be tough on strangers but makes the residents feel safe though. The rooms are not sound proof, just so you know when not to get loud ?

The security guard at the gate is very rude...

More advantage staying in Tre. You got a big pool for a medium size residential development. You can see the train passing by you - can't wait to see the new trains travel to and fro. Truly city fringe. You can see South Beach building, Concourse, Parkview Sqaure from some units, even low level (See pic). Low level has the resort living feel. There must be noises from the train. Anyway, when I stayed in a quiet area i can even hear my neighbours talking next door. Some environment noises are acceptable it helps to cover up detailed noises. For low level, you could hear water splashing sound at night - smoothing. Food choices are everywhere. You got vegetarian food, vietnamese food, western food, hawker foods, food court, bar, and shopping mall PLQ. Located at Aljunied, near ICA, near City, near East Coast, near Serangoon, near Katong, near Stadium, near Airport, of course near Train station, from Entrance approximately 300 meter to train Aljunied MRT. Sheltered walkway available, no umbrella needed, there is a small gap to the shelter but friendly security guards have umbrella for you. This is the Best Condo in Aljunied so far.

The location has the most number of "blessings and prayers" in Singapore. Many religion around. There will be a new pastoral institution and Amitabha building added into the blessing. Existing Indian temple and Mosque can be seen along the MRT track. Confirm Huat location, no evil spirit. Only good fortune.

Convenient condo near Aljunied mrt with many amenities nearby, including library, schools, 2 supermarkets, several good food stalls and walkable to PLQ Mall. Great for own stay!

Great location. Takes me 20 min to get home from CBD. Great amenities (PLQ, Geylang East Central market , Sims Market ). No want of food or services. Awesome location. Opportunities for shopping and movies at PLQ and also Suntec/Marina which is just a 10 min drive away ( few mrt stops away). Superb for family time. Doesn’t matter if you own a car or take public transport. Getting anywhere is a breeze. Aljunied mrt just 5 min walk away… allows you to transit to the purple , red, blue line (in fact any line) with ease. Don’t worry if you forgot to bring an umbrella on a rainy day. The sheltered walkway to Aljunied station keeps you dry. Geylang Easy Library, playgrounds, malls … ECP. Plenty of places to entertain the kids.
