★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quaint little gem of a residential space. 2min walk to Paya Lebar MRT entrance which gets you access to green and yellow lines. Huge range of amenities available at walking distance and not to forget some Shiok! local food!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The common area is really really compact. You will feel claustrophobic. The security guard not friendly also when you go in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a relatively old condominium, along the Geylang stretch. It's housed right in the middle of many good food options, and the developers maximized the land use quite a bit with the design of the project. There are quite a bit of people renting here, rather than families who bought to live here.
Parking, especially so for visiting guests, could be a slight issue, as you'd need to park by the roadside with public carpark lots, which can be quite a pain (as with most parts of Geylang in general).
The basic amenities are there, and the house layout is huge. There's a swimming pool, which also adds to the list of what's good about this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lived here for 3 mnths. It's has been hell, wouldn't go into details. But pls don't come and stay at Sims residence if you are a common ordinary person with simple Human lifestyle.
