Some of the favourites are Hainanese curry rice, fried carrot cake, Hollywood duck rice and the Green Chilli chicken rice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of nice stalls at this place although quite a few were close on the day of visit. Longest queue was at Green Chilli Chicken and Soon Soon Chicken Rice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well there’s a market stall bakery at #01-46 Jia Confectionery and I came here to buy some kueh bahulu and pineapple tarts baked in the shape of ‘golden pillows’. Surprisingly they sell durian cream puffs too, so I bought 4 pcs at $1.80 each. Not expected the good quality of durian & cream inside for something bought at a market stall. Quite impressed it’s good value for money.

Stalls are separated into morning and night shifts.
Some operates in the morning, while majority operates at night.
Seems a lot stalls, but not all open, thus limited choices.
Only one vegetarian stall, with no variety.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First thing is that this hawker center has more space to walk around and airy, so it's comfortable and not hot/stuffy. Secondly the food is decent+, not overly strong tasting and palatable tasty. They're unique in their own ways. Yesterday I had the sour spicy noodles which was refreshing and not overly spicy sour, but just nice.
The traditional desserts like chendol and strawberry iced kacang was refreshing and easy to enjoy and eat. Will post more on my other food eaten there, hidden delights.
