Sin Kang TCM Clinic - Paya Lebar Square

Met a gentleman at paya lebar square outlet. He was enthusiastically sharing with me their branded birds nest products and collagen offers. Very knowledgeable about health matters and later learnt that he is nutrition trained. Very good experience in this outlet. The birds’ nest was of very good quality and my family loves it. Will buy more. Also will consider the collagen on my next visit.

Great service and thorough doctor but most expensive TCM ever. I paid an insane $296 for the session - $30 consultation, $70 accupuncture, $50 for bone setting and a whopping $146 for a week of medicine. I must be eating gold. This was for wrist pain… if it works I’ll gladly say it’s worth it. But heck, this was one extremely pricey TCM. Not convinced at the moment…

Had a very bad experience here. Charged $120 for nothing, yes practically no medicine no service at all. A waste of my time and money I am replying to the owner's response yesterday. Oh yes, I had gone to your clinic on Thursday, the 24th of March at 2pm for a knee pain. Two days prior I called and an auntie answered the phone. I told her my problem and she said she will recommend a Dr. Wang to see to me. But to my surprise when I was there a Dr. Liu attended. I protested when the counter staff told me that I would be attended by Dr. Liu because he was picked to look after my problem. Well, since I was there and I want to heal my knee pain I proceeded with the consultation with that Dr. Liu. He proceeded by reading my right palm and he told me about the various health problems I am facing. I take it with a pinch of salt. Finally, very reluctantly he attended to my right knee. He did some massage and pressing which actually further aggravate my pain. All in all it took only 20 minutes and I was charged $120.00 for the lousy service that never helped me at all. I was so victimized and unhappy here because I was all alone. Go check your record you will find my full name for sure. This is an actual personal experience for sure, no doubt about it! Well, I am ok now because I went to another clinic that healed my knee pain.

Been visiting the clinic past weeks getting treatment by Physician Zhang Ying Ling. She is patient and goes the extra mile to treat the problem that I was facing. Counter staff had been extremely friendly and not hard-selling any products. They drop reminders on the appointment as well. Clinic is indeed on the expensive end but am glad that i'm seeing progress :) Recommend

I have been consulting Dr Wang for my block nose, he is very thorough in his treatment and his acupuncture style is a mix of TCM and dry needling. I also like it that he attends to one patient at a time as opposed to some TCM who manages multiple patients in between acupuncture treatments.

The clinic is clean and the staff is nice as well . Will recommend 王医师! He is really skilled when taking my pulse, and provided accurate diagnosis and the acupuncture treatment was rather effective too. It really helped to relief my internal problems.... Will see how it goes in the long run

I suffered a sports injury to my foot and ankle. The reception staff were friendly and welcomed me as I arrived. The registration process was digital and easy. Dr Wang saw me promptly. He took a thorough history and did acupuncture treatment on my leg and foot. His treatment was painless and I recovered and resumed playing soccer and running a few days later. Dr Wang was humble, knowledgeable and professional, and his treatment was painless. I am thankful and would like to commend the stellar service of the staff, and would recommend this clinic to anyone seeking TCM as part of their health and well-being.

Had an amazing experience here at Sin Kang. Much better than expected. A friend of mine recommended the therapist Rena because she can communicate in English and so I gave it a try because I had a really tense neck. She was able to relieve it so well, I feel so loose and fluid now not even kidding. Their prices may be high but I tell you it's worth it
