★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hurt my back during golf sessions today, my friend recommended me to this TCM and look for Physician Hou. After the acupuncture I did it helps alot! Will surely come back and recommend my friend here too. Never forget to mentioned the frontline receptionist Helen and Lily, they arrange my appointment well and suggest me the right treatment too. Due to its a last minute call in. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been visiting Physician Hou for a long time. This round of visit is due to lower back sprain. After the 1st accunpucture, my condition had eased a lot.
Not forgetting the front line staff- Helen and Lily, they are very approachable and showed great knowledge of the products.
Please visit Liangyi for a holistic wellness treatment!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a terrible experience with Dr Hou. She did acupuncture, cupping and blood-letting for me but my condition worsen after that, causing a new injury. I’ve been to many TCM practitioners before and this was the worst. Especially the acupuncture. This was the first time I felt pain on my SKIN when the needle was being inserts, which only happens when the person doesn’t know how to do it correctly
The receptionist was a turn off too as she was extremely pushy on making me buy a package and telling me I can claim it back from my insurance. I told her it’s my first time visiting the clinic so it didn’t make sense to buy a package without knowing how effective their skills were. She then told me that as long as I buy the package, I can claim insurance for tuina massages and they would forge the dr’s memo to ensure its claimable, even if it isn’t related to any accident. This is highly unethical and unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited doctor HouYi for persistent post Covid cough/phlegm. Administered acupuncture and TCM medication and my cough was gone in 5 days. Tried their Tuina and the therapist’s skills were good too.

Hai Yan is a very skillful and knowledgeable masseur.
Helen & Lily’s service is superb.
Generally, good TCM place to visit to get your pain relief treatment. I had recommended 3 friends there and they are very satisfied with the service.

My hubby love to come for the massages, therapists here also very skilful ? Receptionist girls Lily and Amber very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended ?

Neck shoulder pain treatment for a few weeks after, the symptoms is relieve and cured. Their therapist skill is professional, and reception at counter Lily and Amber also help a lot to explain to me.will always been back for wellness therapy and highly recommend for their TCM service. ??????
