★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow to reply, refuse to give samples, extremely unprofessional. My experience with Sin Min has been utterly disappointing.
The individual handling our order usually took up to 5, sometimes 7 days per reply. To add insult to injury, she did not even reply after I had sent 3 reminder emails and called the company to ask for a reply.
When I eventually did get a reply, it took her 3 different emails to sort out her queries on the design and 2 emails to figure out how many shirts we needed printed, even though we had already provided all the necessary information.
Regrettably, despite low prices, SMI has been a complete waste of my time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unresponsive, irresponsible liars. Very disappointing service. Shouldn't start a business if they don't even have the sense of responsibility of an 8 year old.
Please be forewarned not to have any business dealings with them. Don't even know how they managed to bid to be a vendor.
