Uniqlo, a Japanese casual wear franchise, is a prominent brand worldwide for it’s smart technology incorporated into everyday wear. They offer a wide range of apparels from basics to smart casual, and even winter wear. What’s most impressive is their Heat Tech range for winter seasons. I am a huge fan of Uniqlo for their winter clothing and basics. Not only are they extremely comfortable, they are reasonably priced too. I especially love their thermal wear because it keeps you warm in even the coldest weather. I remember being in Niseko where it was -11 degrees celsius and snowing, and I was kept exceptionally warm underneath, I didn’t have to worry about being cold. On days when my thermal wear is washing, I have to wear at least 2 layers more to make up for it, but I’ll still feel cold underneath. Uniqlo is one of the better quality brands out there, they should bring more collaborations from Japan into Singapore!

The store is good but the cashier's attitude is bad. I'm purchase 4 shirts & 2 pants. When I'm checking the receipt, realized the amount is wrong. Return to counter and informed the cashier. However she ask another girl to check my receipt. 2nd cashier claim that the 2 pants is different pricing, however I told her the pants I took from same place only different color all indicated $19.90. And the shirt is $9.90 but she key in $14.90. Not understand why they don't scan the barcode but manual key in the pricing. At last they lazy deducted the wrong amount and direct refund 1pant 1shirt amount to me! So disappointed!!

Dec is good time to shop as lots of sale and marked down prices.

The staff at the entrance .. lady short hair above shoulder sometime this month of August was super unwelcoming and rude. Due to safe distancing measures implemented , had to save time and was asking if some of the items from the web is already available in store . Her attitude was indifferent and unhelpful. She couldn't even direct me to the correct location even after I entered the store. It was a very negative experience after all this while of enjoyable shopping experience. It felt bad and lousy and yes you lost a sale on that day! Others are losing retail jobs and here she is abusing her job. Please debrief her or many more will be having a bad store experience

Great place to shop for clothing. There are different promotions every week and store has many varieties. Many fitting rooms so the queue is not very long. Staff is friendly.

Was served by Sharmaine and Ally, the customer service was amazing. I was so shocked because it has been so long since I experienced such warm and hospitable service in singapore. Looks like you’re doing a great job Uniqlo because your staff seem like they are enjoying their jobs!! ????? (Was fumbling with the app and stuff and they didn’t fail to come over and ask me if I need help, and even explained about the app with a smile when I asked!)

One of the staff was very helpful as I encountered difficulties while using the self check out machine. He assisted me as i couldnt scan the app's barcode,and then did the manual check out for me over the counter. Great customer service,thank u!
