★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a brand new fridge from them that was faulty because after 1 day of usage it was still not cold. Contacted the manufacturer’s customer service who inform us that the “new” fridge had a gas leak resulting in not being cold. When requested this shop for assistance, they quickly pushed the blame to get a replacement from the manufacturer instead. All in all a very bad and lousy customer service in which i felt cheated and a waste of time, please do not purchase anything from them as they are even more expensive than Courts or Harvey Norman.
