Ms Sarah Thomas is an excellent teacher who gives very good feedback on my daughter's compositions. She is dedicated and very helpful and I think has gone beyond her normal scope of work to help my daughter in her progress. Her lessons, according to my daughter, are also very interesting and I think she has really benefited from Ms Sarah's lessons.

When I first visited Write Connection Tuition Centre at Bishan, I was pleasantly impressed by its setup and the conducive environment given for teaching and learning in each classroom. During my first and second visits, I could sense that the teaching staffs are committed teachers especially Ms Jessie Ng who went beyond the teaching hours to ensure completion of my daughter's essay. She is always available for parents like us whenever we need to seek clarification of the learning progress of my daughter Jia Yi. Through her thorough teaching, we saw improvement in my daughter's recent mid year exam result especially composition. Recently, even before the official announcement that all tuition centres need to go on line teaching due to the surge of community cases in Covid-19, TWC was well prepared and was ahead of time to inform students to embark on Zoom learning as TWC places the interest and safety of their students and families first. I have had a chance to glimpse the TWC online lesson with my daughter Jia Yi and it was indeed very engaging such that Jia Yi scored the highest in term of attentiveness as active and engage learner during her first online session on 15th May (Saturday). Indeed, Ms Jessie Ng is an excellent educator regardless of the mode of teaching and learning. Another worthy mentioning about TWC is Mr Benedict (Centre Manager) who is attentive and friendly to parents like us that make the whole experience in TWC a very pleasant and confident one with their services. Previously, my daughter was with a private tutor (for EL and Math) for close to 3 years. TWC is the first centre we decided to take a chance on. Despite it being a full online-based class, Ms Julyn was meticulous and encouraging. My daughter improved tremendously under her guidance. When the year (2020) ended, we were worried and hesitant to continue with a new tutor since the option of a trial class was not available. Our P6 girl started her PSLE year with a new tutor and it has been nothing short of rewarding and, may I add, amazement. Not only does she enjoy the sessions (and look forward to them), she has gained more than writing skills for Paper 1. We have seen improvements in all sections for paper 2. Her oral has seen a grade jump and won praises from the examiners. More surprisingly, she has been able to apply the techniques in her CL papers as well. Ms Jessie has done more than imparting knowledge, she has armed our daughter with confidence to face the challenges in her papers. Thank you for the energy and enthusiasm you bring to the class, for showing compassion when Shannon was having a difficult time. It is heartwarming to hear her speak so greatly about Ms Jessie. We sincerely thank you for being such an inspiration and motivator, going above and beyond the roles and responsibilities of an educator. We are indeed grateful that Shannon has you as her teacher during such a crucial year! To Ms Julyn, thank you for giving us the confidence to continue our journey with TWC!

Ms Marissa is a tutor whom I would strongly recommend to students who are interested in learning and performing well in EL. She’s a very dedicated and effective tutor to her students. Her lessons are engaging and useful in helping students understand their areas for improvement. Her feedback is always given in a timely and educative manner. She’s also very encouraging and would provide suggestions for improvement, which really help in narrowing the learning gaps for her students.

Ms Rainbow has been instrumental in helping my son learn the various techniques and strategies in composition writing. She is a very interactive teacher and even during the Phase 2 restrictions, she was able to capture the children’s’ attention in online classes and keep them fully engaged. My son is improving in his grades and I would like to compliment her for her dedication in teaching.

I'd like to thank Ms. Genevieve from TWC Bishan for her dedication towards her students as well as her teaching techniques. My daughter has been with TWC Bishan since P3 and Ms. Gen has been her teacher since P4. She's just completed P5 and I've seen how she's improved and progressed through the years. Ms. Gen takes the time to review and provide individual feedback; and identifies as well as provides guidance on areas where improvements could be made. Her lessons are thought provoking and encourages discussions among her students and she also rewards and encourages them to do better each time. We hope she'll be teaching our daughter again next year.

My daughter (P4) thoroughly enjoys her classes with Ms Genevieve - lots of tips on improving her writing, learning new vocabulary and constructing good sentences. Very positive and encouraging teacher. Both physical and online classes are engaging, and we receive detailed feedback after each session.

Transferred my boy to this centre after a bad experiment at the other. Had a 1.5 term of lessons with Miss Marissa. She is very dedicated and take much effort to help the child work on areas of improvements. I also appreciate that she takes time to update parent on the progress and share how we can work together to help the child excel better. Admin staffs at the centre are also very welcoming and friendly. Such a pity with the relocation of outlet, otherwise we would definitely stay on.
