I was looking for a new Audio Digital interface and I am always going back to Sinamex, they are always my first choice when it comes to audio recording things. Look out for Simon, he's been around for years and brings so much passion about music. Highly recommended seller!

Bought a pair of Focal speakers there. Staff was knowledgeable and very accommodating- they let me test out a range of speakers over a variety of songs/ genres. Definitely my go-too for audio/ music equipment.

The after sales support for Focal professional (not hifi) was dismal, or so I thought. I have been trying to get my Focal Twin 6 be’s repaired for almost 10 YEARS, but was not successful until I learned in 2020 that Sinamex had become an authorized dealer. Previously, I had brought the faulty unit to the only dealer I could find here in Singapore. TWICE in different locations (Hifi shops).They charged me a service fee both times and declared both times it was working properly and there was nothing to repair. As a result, I had no choice but to pack them up and stuff them into my store room. I bought other speakers despite the fact that I really liked the Twins 6 be’s. Then one fine day in 2020 I was at Sinamex buying an audio interface and noticed a pair of Twin 6 be’s displayed in the showroom! I asked Simon if they had become a dealer, and he said yes! The possibility of bringing out my Twin 6’s started brewing in my head. I immediately asked if he could attempt to repair my faulty unit and he said no problem! I told him about my atrocious experience and he assured me he will do better. I brought it down, and it was repaired within ONE DAY. The amplifier unit was changed out and everything worked perfectly again. Finally after 10 years, they are sitting proudly in my studio again. I’ve been a long time customer of Sinamex. Decades in fact. They have never been anything but excellent, Focal or otherwise.

The owner of Sinamex, the older guy, he's a real stuck up guy who thinks he always knows better than other. Not just my experience, I've heard the same from many people, just search for negative reviews here and you'll see something similar shared. So funny, they not only lost dealership of Taylor to Swee Lee, now Music Man too! HAHAHAHA! Orbigood!

Bought an Audio interface (latest purchase). Previously bought Microphones, headphones and a weighted Keyboard. Service and aftersales are tops. Professional staff have had many years of experience and are frank and truthful in their opinions. They listen to my needs, budget and recommend accordingly. I have had no problems with any of their recommendations and have come to fully trust them over the years. Strongly recommended especially if you are serious about your hobby.

Staff was very helpful and efficient. Once my order was made, they delivered the order the very next week. Mind you, these were customized cables, as I needed specific lengths and different connectors at each end. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed at their efficiency and good quality products. Mixers also arrived in pristine condition. Staff helped in setting up, gave tips and advice on how to maintain and wind the cables professionally, and even threw in some jovial banter and jokes for free. I would definitely buy all my audio equipment from them in future. Highly recommend!

The stuff are friendly, experienced and knowledgeable. They share their recommendations without being pushy. Good spread of equipment and price range so I could arrive at my decision based on the best price/quality combination. Bought a pair of midrange monitors and am happy with them. Highly recommended!

A very professional pro audio recording showroom. Highly recommended if recording is your thing. The Sales staff are highly professional, especially the company’s boss, who came out to help answer my difficult questions, while giving me an actual recording demo. No wonder everyone I know in this business recommended me to them!
