Emailed them and whatsapp to the number provided on the website for a quote. NOT a single pip from either means. The name and service level is totally different.

Strongly not recommended. The guy on the line was impatient and rude. He sound as if I am bothering him and don't seems to want to do business. It is as if the call I made irritate him. Hope this place closes down for good soon. Another thing, they don't entertain email enquiries or quotations

Very very RUDE and bad attitude, Called their mobile no. and asked about water heater n installation. After a few question asked. He just replied β€œwe don’t carry this brand and we don’t only installation”. and hang up the call while I’m talking half way.

Called to make enquiry for shower repair. The person from Sincere really did not sound Sincere .... I asked how much for a repair , and he startrd by saying there is a charge of SGD 20 for transport just to check and they can come next day which is a Monday. As I need to work on weekdays, I asked if they can come on a weekend instead. The person said no. So I explained to him I prefer not to take leave and if they can come on weekend instead. The person then said in a very grumpy way that "then there will be extra charge just like when you boss ask you to work overtime ". So then I asked hiw much would that be.. it is double. It is definitely not unreasonable to pay extra for weekend but then the person just went on to say to ask me yo find other repair person. This company seems not willing to operate on weekend. And yhe attitude of the person on the phone was very bad.

I am not a review guy but seeing how they spent the 1st 2 days of CNY at my place early in the morning just to help me with the main door issue (needed to fix it urgently as the main door is something important in feng shui), i can only say thanks to Derek and his colleague Lim for the time they sacrifice to come down. While writing this review, i also do note some of the other reviews below and probably can give an insight to the rest seeing they spent so much time at my place. 1. The guy answering the calls usually is the technician that goes down to repair. Not trying to take sides here but answering the calls while working/driving ain't easy. Easily there are more than 20 calls in the first morning he was at my place to do the repair and out of the 20 i think only 1 or 2 are people looking to do the repair (only counted those that gave their address to them). Curious as the calls are really disruptive to their work i asked them why not hire a lady to answer the phone. Derek is a very straight forward guy to be fair as he just broke down the cost of everything to me and the increase in cost from the gov. (things we wouldnt know if we dint ask and i can assure you the amount is not small). 2. while writing this review i did call derek (yup the 2 days spent together during CNY built a bond between us) and told him about the negative review. His reply was simple. Their company take's anywhere between 5-10 jobs per day or anywhere between 150-300 jobs per month and a jo done well will not have any review so he is quite calm about it (which pushed me to write this indepth review). 3. they really do not accept whatsapp or email. My own experience was as such too. Again i clarified this with them and found the explaination reasonable. Derek simply forwarded a few photos to my whatsapp and ask me if can i see whats the problem with the door. A honest reply is no but than again i am not a expert at doors i told him. His reply was simple as an expert all he can see in the picture is what i see...a door. Thinking back maybe it is fair to them as when they came down for the appointment they had to move the door a few times trying to figure out where the issue is from. 4. My complaint if any is really they should hire someone to help answer the phone but than again i wonder if it would solve the issue. As when they are repairing the door, their hands are holding tools so most of the phone calls in are answered on speaker, meaining i can hear the conversation and i think as a customer, some caller are expecting too much. For example: customer calling in to ask if they do certain types of work. The reply was no they dont. Customer on phone just tell them off saying what kinda of business they are for not being able to do the work and hang up. Happened in front of my eyes. To summarize: Their work is really well done. No complaints there. Sacrificing their holidays to ensure everything is settled. Having met them they are really nice guys just trying to make a living. The complaints can about the call in are valid too but as explained if you are expecting service standards such as those when you call into the banks you will be disappointed. Do expect a what you see is what you get kinda answer which can offend some people i guess. Will i engage them again? Yes i probably would as the conversation with derek is really interesting, kinda opening up a new world to people like me whom have only been doing office work. Well that and because the work is ok (which is the best compliment i can give a repair man i guess).

No star for sure! We made our comment of their INSINCERE service and to our dismay, they took it down (now we will take a photo of this comment in case they take it down again !). The truth is we contacted them to come to our place to take a look at our toilet for repair, nothing was done except this guy came to access the condition for less than 15 mins and we had to pay $20 which is okay till we never heard from them.We called them but only received excuses and rude comment. Not sure if they know what is the meaning of SINCERE. Fortunately after 2 weeks of no response and waiting, we have found another better service provider and now our toilet is repaired and solved. We paid more but the new provider was sincere to resolve our problem . Maybe the business model of SINCERE is to get people to pay $20 as a token because they knew their service would be not sincere therefore we will treat this $20 as our review fee but we also hope no one will get the same experience as us. Please do not take down this comment but review how you can improve your service level with sincerity. Not the amount but rather our wasted time!

Engaged a worker name Derek from this company to replace my 3 door lock. Was surprise to see a local turning up. Had a great time chatting with him while he does his work and ended up engaging for other handyman work in my home. One tip I can give is get them to do other stuff in your home while they are there. Pretty easy guys to talk to and get some discount. Writing this review while they are at my place so showed them the negative ones too. He just shrug and say 1 day 50 call 1 week 350 1 bad review no choice. I would say they are what u expect from a contractor very direct n straight type don’t beat around the bush but might not be everyone’s cup of tea.
