★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The counter staff was sarcastic upon questions asked. She was on cell phone while serving me and mutitask other stuffs. She even screamed at her staff (guess is her subordinates) infront of me.
Very bad customer service. Not recommended for this maid agency as this is the worst encounter i have among others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very horrible service. They gave us a new maid who got lice in her hair and spread to my kids. When we made a complain, the male agent was very fierce to us and scolded us. There is no customer service at all. He threatened us when we made a complain. First time to see such agent who is from "black society". Before stepping into their shop, do consider 3 times before entering. Good luck.
