The food are really yummy! Especially the 回锅肉! Its a must order man if you like pork. And the rest of the dish are really good too! Lady boss was also super friendly, i felt very welcomed haha. highly recommended!

The reservation is a joke. We booked a table for lunch at 1:30pm via eatigo, and reservation was accepted. Arrival in time we were showed to the table, and we asked for menu to browse. Around 1:50pm suddenly someone, maybe the boss, came to ask us to give up the table to another group of people, claiming our table was reserved for them. And their solution was just ask us to go outside and wait, for another table which just received their dish and nobody would know when they could finish... so accepting 1:30pm reservation but could not provide a table... poor service and poor solution! Go at your own risk. === updates after owner's response === - if a restaurant is fully booked, it should not take any more reservations. - if the restaurant is overbooked, it shall offer some more practical solution, rather than asking us, including a baby, to wait outside under the hot sun, or just wait for unknown time for another table where the guests are not even close to finish. - the lady chasing us out was rude, keeping on saying she is sorry but not in an apologetic way, rather more like "yes, I'm sorry that we made a mistake in the reservation, but whatever can we do now? Now please clear your table for the other group immediately as they are already here and waiting for the table. And you can just go out to wait" imaging hearing such in CNY, and we'll have to find our last minute Plan B... for sure we won't visit ever again.

The food taste is amazing. They suggested a chef recommended fried egg plant and i believe most of you will like it. Even my 5 years old gal start eating it, she dislike vegetables. Fried chilli chicken is something most of us tried elsewhere but till you tried theirs. Chicken more than dried chilli and chicken was fried just just. Pastry is 7/10 not the best but its price and food will make you come back for more. Strongly recommend you guys to try it out.

Not too spicy and overpowering. Fish is fresh. Overall, taste and portion not bad.

I really like the cucumber, I think it's with vinegar n chilli oil. The taste is really appetizing n very nice crunch. Got size fish for two person. Taste is not overpowering, I can just eat the dish without having to stuff myself with rice. Booked with eatigo for 50%, is really worth it. Also, the service is great, got served by 3 different staffs..all 3 are really nice!

Indeed it's a happy place to use chopsticks. Unlike most other Chinese restaurants at Geylang, this place is neat and clean with simple modern deco and great attentive staff. Many dishes are superb, highly recommend the crispy eggplant, meat stuffed pancake. Though a few dishes is a bit hit and miss (cereal prawn is not crispy)

Price is slightly high. Lao gan ma Fried rice $8 - cant really taste lao gan ma flavour Red oil dumpling $5 - filling meat is lesser compare to others

Been there a few times and the food is really good. 川味口水鸡taste the same as what I had more than a decade ago in Chengdu. 辣子鸡is also one of my favourite dishes there??????will definitely return again.
