★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So disappointed after 3 years not flying with this airlines- seat are no longer comfortable , old seats , overused ! For 8000 euros a ticket paris to singapore and back , I would have expected much better - the worst is the Lounge in singapore where - 1/ you can find a seat available 2/ it is so inconfortable and unwelcoming that even homeless people wouldn’t come - not to speak about the super bad selection of wines … it is a joke ! I will never fly again with this airline ! What happen to this company over 3 years !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My CDG-SIN flight on 17 June was good. The service crew was super attentive and ensured the passengers are well looked after. I made the mistake of ordering beef roast which was rather tough, not the “Sunday roast” texture that I was looking for. The aircraft looks fairly new. So far with Sq, the only underwhelming aircraft I got on (biz class) is to/from Taipei, utterly aged aircraft.
