★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The highly anticipated BWF is back in Singapore after 2 years; only to be disappointed due to the wrong end timing as stipulated on the website. We only had tickets for the Thursday’s tournament and missed it in entirety as we had intended to catch it after work. It is understandable that tournament timings usually vary according to the day’s conditions, but to end 4 hours earlier (website said 10pm and it ended at 6pm) is extremely misleading and breeds mistrust for future events organised by SBA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Singapore badminton organized an Air Badminton marathon that was supposed to be held on 25-27 Feb. I booked and paid for some slots on 4 Feb. Each 1-hour slot costs $20. On 18 Feb they emailed to say they're cancelling the whole event and that I will be refunded. After providing the refund details to them on 18 Feb, I didn't hear from them or get the refund. I emailed them again on 26 Feb to ask when the refund will be done, to which they replied End March! Apparently it takes them 1.5 months to process refunds for a cancellation they initiated.. I will really think twice before paying them upfront for anything else in the future.
