Sky Zheng was very helpful and knowledgeable about our requests during my father's funeral in Dec 2020. It was a difficult time for us but the professionalism and compassion shown helped to ease our pain. I contacted Sky recently as I wanted to bring my father's ashes back to Malaysia. As always he was very responsive and put our mind at ease that the urn can be x-ray and therefore can be hand carried on the plane with the death, cremation and ashes collection certificates. This was a relief. Thank very much Sky.

My mother in law passed on on 23rd March 2022 evening. We engaged Singapore Casket for their services on the same day upon recommendation from a relative. We went down to Singapore Casket office the next day to choose the funeral package as well as arrange for the wake and funeral. We were attended by Simon Teo. He is meticulous and professional in his work. The whole process went on smoothly from the wake to the funeral and finally the collection of ashes. All the steps and rituals were very well explained by Simon. However, the guest book was out of stock. It would be good to have the guest book for them to pen some thoughts about the deceased. To add on some human touch, it would be nice if the casket could prepare a simple eulogy for the family members.

My dad passed on on 1st Feb 2022 and on the same day we went down to Singapore Casket office to choose the funeral package as well as arrange for the wake and funeral. We were attended by Francis Chan. He is a friendly , patient , helpful and professional in his work; went all the way out to arrange for slots that convenient us . Even on the day we collected my late dad ashes he sms me to check if the vehicle he booked for us arrive even though he was working on night shift. A great asset to the company for having Francis as their staff !

My family and relatives wish to convey our sincere heartfelt gratitude and thanks to the staff of Singapore Casket, ESPECIALLY ELAINE CHOI. She was very empathic to the loss of our loved one and bereavement. As we do not have prior experience in handling funeral proceedings, we were quite at a loss what to do and expect. Met Elaine early in the morning to discuss on the details. She held a high level of professionalism, was knowledgeable and very patience to advise us the process and procedures according to our religion ritual and belief. Due to budget constraint, she also recommended us the type of services which was necessary and cater to our needs. She was very caring and attentive to our needs. During the 3 days funeral, she would came by from time to time making sure that everything is going smoothly and also update us on the next day affairs. There were instances whereby my family have queries and called her up. She was very prompt to answer our questions patiently and without hesitation. Without us even asking, she went on to advise on what and how we should prepare and do for the deceased after the funeral. It was an unfortunate event for our family and relatives. However, Elaine made it possible for us to send off our loved one on his last journey with dignity and respect. Overall, it was a positive experience for us. We would definitely recommend her.

It is a sad time for my family in the last mile for my Dad. The service from Singapore Casket was well thought and sensitive to grieving families. Mr. Simon was clear and accommodating to our questions. Staffs behaved in sensitive manner and it was comforting that things are taken care of. The facility was comfortable and clean, and visitors were able to attend. Thank you for this at a difficult time. Great appreciation to Simon for his compassion and patience.

My family and I wish to thank Sky Zheng (Senior Funeral & Repatriation Advisor) and his team for making my father’s final journey as smooth, peaceful and dignified as possible. He has provided us excellent assistance, support and related procedures for the wake during this period. From the wake arrangement to the cremation, everything was well facilitated, professional and efficient, especially during a pandemic.

Service 2/5 Cleanliness 2/5 Security 0/5 Overall 1/5 Everything here cost money. Even getting small amount of fruits for the departed has a price tag of $100+ according to the agent who served us. To use the water dispenser, we had to be charged as well. The lights were dusty. Toilets here reeked of urine smell. There are staff (?security staff) at level 1 to issue you passed to enter the building. Instead of you having to tell them which level and room you are going to, they'll show you a paper with names of the deceased with the level and corresponding room they are in. All you had to do was to point at the paper and they'll give you the pass. In other words, any one can simply crash your funeral by pointing on the piece of paper at level 1. Unlikely gonna return here or host another funeral at this place.

Singapore Casket handled the funeral arrangements for both my father-in-law and my uncle who passed away in the last 12 months. Both times, Sky Zheng was the senior funeral advisor we liaised with. Sky was thorough and responsive at all times. With his help, the whole process went smoothly. Generally, Singapore Casket is very professional and the service standard that we've experienced is high. The staff is always mindful and respectful of the family in mourning. We are glad that we made the choice to go with Singapore Casket on both occasions.
