★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The officer in charge was very rude and did not reply my msg after she started messaging me via whatsapp. Spell words wrongly and did not bother to reply and block me on whatsapp. No proper way of verify the officer in charge. I want someone to contact me regarding my complain.

The person in-charge not impatience and sounds rude throughout the conversation, use caps bold in red in replying email?? If we do have a choice, we will not come to beg for this membership every year..
