My review is specific to the online form and telephone hotline. 1: Wrote into online form and got no response. 2: Telephone line is the type now prefered by government and big companies, alot of automated talking about useless things and have to wait for 6 min to connect to a person to talk about what is relevant in a 4 minute call. So while I do understand there should be many people calling for fun (instead of reading online info.), and the authority hopes to save their time and man hours and waste time of those calling to discourage them, there are also cases where the information is not listed online, so there is a need to call. So probably try to keep the talking about irrelevant stuff to at max 2 minutes, so that can get through quicker.

Inflexible people who abuses their power. Now the ICA wonders why we get sent back. And now we need to get another last minute flight out as the plane has already left while we rush to get the "letter" you wanted from ICA. A last minute flight, cheapest rate costs us $1200 each, that's if we could get it. Please be a more professional department. You're making common folks pay for you and your supervisor's lack of job knowledge or you just generally don't care. Please keep your "power" in check. I hope no one else falls victims to Singapore Customs. Yes I'm talking about you John Michaels and your un-named supervisor. Meanwhile we're still searching for our checked-in luggages in the lost and found section so we could make it for the next flight. If you don't know your job, please ask someone who knows. It's gonna cost people more than 7 hours of inconveniences. Thats if they're lucky to find a flight on the same day like us.

I had no idea whether the staff are hungry or not enough or even in menstruation period. Always showing faces of in debt 100billion ? Hopefully may have some improvements of the staff training. Visitors also queuing for few hours also people will feeling tired and can still the emotional of human beings ?
