She attended to my case where I needed the original title certificate for my property upon discharge of the CPF charge. Her commitment ensured that the process went smoothly. She has done SLA and the Civil Service proud! Keep up the good work SLA!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went sla for diy service. Made it a point to arrive early and despite willing to wait, there is no officer around, customer service is not even sure if officer will turn up for customer service duty. She help us to call all colleagues to check who is available. We waited for very long and this shows how inefficient they are. I hope sla do not remove my honest bad review to hide their inefficiency .
