The arrangement had been very good. Provided very helpful information on what needed to be done for different dialect group practices. Whenever I approached them with any questions, they were always ready to help out and answer any queries. The services they provided are trustworthy.

Firstly, my family would like to say a big thank you to Danny and his team for the help during this difficult times. From the moment my mum passed on and we contacted him, he organized all the arrangements smoothly and pay attention to all the details during the process. We did not expect to see him daily but he was there everyday to check on all things and also explained to us each process, how things are done and what we need to do. Whenever we need help, he is always there to help. Very comforting to have someone who help to move things along smoothly and make things easier during the wake and funeral. One point to note though where we thought was a little inadequate. We were surprised that the inside of the hearse was not filled with flowers, may be we have unintentionally given the impression that it is not needed, but it would be good to seek clarification as the hearse looked so plain without any flowers. All in all, I would say that the services provided were very professional and Danny personal touch in all areas are much appreciated by the family. Thank you again from all my family members.
