My friends, relatives and including my MP were very impressed with the funeral wake arrangement. For a very young team to know the Chinese custom and rites are very commendable. You were alway in contact with us and also present at the wake from the first day till end of the funeral. We would also like to thank your father for helping out. You went extra mile to help me contact the MFL temple administrator thru the monk at the wake. Everything went smoothly even though it was raining and the burial site was muddy and slippery. We are very grateful that my MIL had a very good sent off. Thanks again for the photos and videos.感恩??

Regardless of how prepared one may feel they may be for the eventuality of it all, when the day finally arrives, the organisational aspect can become daunting and stressful. The significance of the last rites for us as Chinese is also such that we would want to get it “right”. My family and I are grateful to have met Zick and his team. The most striking thing when I first met him was his easy going nature, his willingness to listen to our concerns while gently guiding us through the maze of Chinese funeral rituals and ceremonies. We felt very comforted by his deep understanding of the trade and experience despite his young age - no doubt through his years of “apprenticeship “ with his dad.
We couldn’t have asked for a smoother process, or a more serene and calming wake. The set up was beautiful, the team was professional and most importantly, we feel that we have done our best for our beloved late sister.
