My Uncle has passed away last Tuesday. Is through a friend referral then I get to know Mr Hoo Singapore Funeral Services. I’m greatly appreciated for all his n his team help in handling my Uncle funeral wake. From the day he meet me at hospital till the day my Uncle is send off he n his team always be there for me and my relatives. They provide my Uncle a very dignified send off for his last journey of life. Every one of us in my family is very thankful to Mr Hoo and his team for their excellent services.

It was difficult to make big decisions on the modality of the wake when we were shaken and grieving over the passing of my father. Mr Moses Teh was professional and never pushy in his presentation of options to my family and I. The embalming was done well, with my father looking very much like he was asleep without the swelling and bloating usually associated. Lastly, the team was very supportive and detailed in carrying out their tasks, for example, laminating the death certificate and explaining the significance of rituals to the mourning. It sounds wrong to wish them more business but if the unfortunate happens, I will strongly recommend them. Peace of mind is very important, knowing the team behind you will take care of things.

Just wanna say many thanks to Gerald, Stoney and the SFS team. Appreciate your professionalism, responsibility and genuine efforts in the entire process and your guidance. Was admired especially on our responsiveness in queries, last minute requests and total transparency in the costings. Venue was kept clean and comfortable as well, there were more of everything important and less of nothing. Once again, sincere thank you for your care and compassion.

Really appreciate ? very much, with this close chapter we will all have great fond memories of her and it's time we close this chat group as well. Wanted to express my gratitude to Hung Chye and his team especially Leslie & Johnny in their professional in handling my Aunt's funeral who has passed away on 4 Nov 2021 (Deepavali) late afternoon. Their quick response to our queries and advises to our request was excellent. They are patience and take times to understand our requests especially during this period of bereavement. Funeral Director Gerard Koh organised my mum's funeral to the T. He listens, never over promises but certainly delivers. The wake area was beautiful, he took instructions and the outcome was breathtaking (sharing picture). The funeral was organised with military precision and importantly with so much warmth and care for the family which allows us to grief. Gerard's team was hands on, extremely proactive and professional.
