Good place for business meetings, function room, and wedding hall.

โ โ โ โ โ Great place to stay in Singapore. MRT is in ground floor, shopping is right outside the door steps. Food, drinks, people - it's a very lively place.
Hotel is nice and clean.

โ โ โ โ โ This is for their restaurant. The one outside. Terrible service. The waiter noticing we were Indians tried to give us a lousy table at the back, giving the better one to his friend who was behind me in the queue. Iโm a Titanium Elite member. The drinks (just two) and fries took a long time. I noticed his friend got his order before us.

โ โ โ โ โ Went for the high tea with a few friends. Will say that the food items were quite good for some of it. But the rest appears to be average.
Service wise, it was adequate and prompt. However at times, it feels quite rushed by the staff. They were polite though througout.

High level of service, nice outdoor pool.
Breakfast buffet is super

โ โ โ โ โ Impressive response to our complaint. Staying in Pool Terrace room, we were woken up at about 4:00 am by next-door neighbors. After informing staff, they were quick to respond and provided us with complimentary snacks during breakfast. This response is what makes a great difference in the service of a hotel. Please convey our appreciation to your staff, Leo, at the Crossroads Cafe who hear about our problem and brought it to the attention of your staff. Thank you for your help.

โ โ โ โ โ Greeted with fresh flowers at the lobby. Room is spacious with work desk, and there is dressing table in the toilet. There is swimming pool, gym, and a basketball half court. Food at the hotel cafe is awesome too, enjoyed both the dinner and breakfast buffet. Five stars standard indeed!
