★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grand Hyatt Singapore is centrally located and has been a great home base during our stay in Singapore. While it may be a little dated as far as decor goes, they are doing some upgrades to the properly currently so I think this is being worked on. As far as service is concerned, everyone has been very kind and the Grand Club lounge had some great food and very nice employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here in Feb. Room was not ready even though check in was at 3pm. However, I enjoyed my stay here as the room was super spacious and had good facilities. Super cozy and great location in Orchard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time checked in Hyatt Hotel. And I must say the service by Ms Charisce(receptionist) was tip top. Felt so welcomed, she was smiley and bubbly. It was my anniversary with my partner and she was kind enough to get us last minute complimentary cake and smoking room.
Breakfast buffet was good.
Overall I’m satisfied and happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are a little dated but clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Hotel gets noisy at night with the club and you can even hear music until 2 or 3 am. Service is not as proactive as expected but still good. Hotel food is ok but a little pricey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was fabulous, good and attentive service. The bed is good, and 5 types of pillow to choose from. Offer free parking only for 1 vehicle per day. It had mini bar w free drinks snack, bottled water, tea and coffee. We stayed on 11 floor , it was very comfortable mainly due to its size and location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing staff and service! Very spacious rooms and they accommodate to your request as best and they can. Room service is good with good presentation. However, I did order the 2 cage-free eggs scrambled but it tasted pretty funky. Rooms are spacious with luxury Balmain toiletries. Will return!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to stay. Hotel cleanliness is wonderful, and the location was great. Dinner and breakfast buffet was good, mostly local foods, and there are some cold cuts and pastries. I enjoyed my short stay there and would definitely go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grand Hyatt, lovely hotel, great experience, bang next door (less than a minutes walk) to Orchard Road.
The service that I received from the Concierge was good. The check in staff though were so plastic. They ( check-in staff) could certainly do with a bit of training.
The place is beautiful, spacious and very clean ??. Attention has been paid to detail and lovely aesthetics. I got a good room any I had a good stay. Certainly worth a repeat visit / stay.
