β β β β β Bad manner, lack of empathy, doesn't listen to her patient. Worst is she forced her opinion on her patient. Overall, she is a very bad doctor.

β β β β β Saw Dr. Lim a few years ago. Found her lacking empathy and bedside manners. She was cold, unsmiling and aloof to the point of being rude. Not exactly what we'd like in a doctor but, hopefully, she has improved with time.

β β β β β Poor. First time I met her she was 1.5 hours late for my appointment. This would not be a big issue if my problem was solved. Unfortunately, when I did meet her, she spent most of her time talking about other things, then gave generic treatment and advice (exercise, keep regular hours, sleep hygiene, etc. stuff thatβs easily googled). Didnβt seem to actually listen to the specifics of my problem. She wasnβt cold or unfriendly; just unhelpful. When I left, I noticed there was a patient in the waiting room. Apparently he was also 1.5hours behind because my appointment ate into his.
Second time I met her I called an hour earlier to confirm the appointment time. Staff said yes, time is correct. But when I got to the clinic, they said there were people in line and I would probably have to wait another hour (I expect that was a low estimate). They could have told me this when I called so I could adjust my arrival time. The 2 patients ahead of me were apparently also behind their appointment times for the same reason. Seems this is a very common occurrence. I cancelled my appointment and left.
If youβre able to spare an hour waiting for each appointment, and only need general sleep solutions/donβt have a specialized problem, then she should be ok for you.
Brilliant SEO though. Consistently shows up as a high result on google.

β β β β β I left 2 minutes after meeting this doctor. She came in 30 minutes late, bringing back 3 soups from the hawker center. Clearly she had better things to do that morning.
Once she was finally available, she was impolite and rude.
Avoid if you can.

β β β β β Pros:
compared to other neurologist, Dr Lim method of treating her patient is more natural and lesser on medication. Dr might prescribe vitamin and multivitamin as a form of supplementary treatment and might reach out to other specialist if it is causing neurological issues. doctor say I must do cardio, get 8 hours of sleep and drink 8 glasses of water everyday.
Cons:
Does not have medication like Aimovig
