Appalling lack of professionalism, does not stick to agreed appointment times, with zero cares to notify the client on delays. Suffice to say I will not be returning to this service.

This is an Efficient and Professional institution. The team helped to translate and nortarize my Chinese marriage certificate within 48 hours, and I used those documents to open DBS account immediately. Also, the price is reasonable to compare with other institutions.

It's been very nice to be served by the professional Notary team there. I appreciated the instant response and efficient work delivery though I made a very last minute customer request. The Notary team has also been really helpful and friendly to sort everything out for me :)

This is a one person shop. He overbooks (double and triple books) his appointments. He does not have an office so all of his business is done right in the lobby for everyone else to hear. He usually has two or three other clients waiting at the same time. If he tells you to arrive at a certain time, you will definitely be waiting at very MINIMUM of 20 minutes (likely much longer). He acts like he is doing you a favor by being on his clients. Very unprofessional. There are other places in the area that provide higher quality service and at a lower rate. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Wonderful and efficient service. Within 48 hrs, all of documents were notarized in Singapore dept. and legalized in embassy. I called to book appointment prior arrival and pick up. Therefore no waiting time. Mr.Kong was helpful and patient to explain me all the work process. I am satisfied with the service.

This is my 3rd and final edit for this comment. I think it's important to share my experience with Public Notary Service on 21-Oct-20. Key Point: Notarial Service/Certificate - Signing/Witnessing of Signature must be authenticated by Singapore Academy of Law (SAL). 1) Let me start with a 5 stars rating. My initial expectation of Singapore Notary Public is for the Signing/Witnessing of Signatures of a Malaysia legal document to be done on the spot on the same day in 1 trip. 2) However, I downgraded to 3 stars for 2 reasons. Firstly, I am not informed that it must be authenticated by SAL until the receptionist told me about this. At that time, Mr Kong who is in-charge is already preparing the Notarial Certificate back in his office while I am waiting at the receptionist area or lobby. Secondly, the price that I paid in total is at least 15x time than getting this done at the High Commission of Malaysia. Not to mention that I cannot get it done within the day as the earliest appointment with SAL is 5 days later, 26-Oct-20. 3) I make it up to 4 stars for the personal touch of Mr Kong to explain to me again the whole process and the possibility of getting an earlier appointment with SAL. I managed to secure an appointment on 23-Oct-20 and overall it will takes 2 days only to complete the whole process but still need 2 trips. Lesson learnt: Check with your embassy regarding the possibility for such a service and the timeline. It might takes you more days or even up to a week but this will save you some costs.
