Friendly staff. Health screening started on time. Dr Choo was very.professional and experienced. Most painless experience drawing blood.

So slow in handling patients. They just take their own sweet time and talking then handling patients.

The whole thing was really quick and got back my results within the expected 2 weeks.

All the staffs are friendly and professional. I tend to feel giddy when drawing blood, and they are so nice to prepare a bed for me to lie down while drawing the blood. I have a pleasant visit today for my pre-employment medical checkup. Thank you. :)

The reasons why I gave 2 stars are that the receptionists were polite, my vaccination records were updated very quickly within a few hours and that the vaccination had minimal pain, otherwise the vaccination experience with a doctor was mostly unpleasant. It started with an interrogation like atmosphere from the beginning. I would have thought that the vaccination would be a quick affair after signing off the declaration form on accepting the risks and benefits before going into the room but it turned out to be a lecture session on me being “lazy for not getting a condition checked out” and having to rationalise my reasons for taking a different vaccine and for “making a lousy choice” which happened to be the vaccine she was administering. If the doctor thinks that the vaccine she is administering is a “lousy vaccine” she can decline to do so instead of trying to rub her beliefs on first-time visitors to this clinic. She is a GP and not an immunologist so I believe she is not as qualified to give advice or impose her judgment on those who choose to take a vaccine which is not as highly recommended by MOH, but nevertheless is still offered by the Singapore government. This is the only doctor I have ever encountered in my life who is unprofessional in her attitude. In any case, I will never step into this clinic again.

Slow. Way slower than my expectation. My office is just nearby and I thought taking a vaccination should be at most 30 minutes. I was wrong. I literally sit for an hour just to get a vaccination. It's Monday 4pm and not crowded at all. Will never ever come here again.
