History
Singapore Pools was incorporated on 23 May 1968 to curb illegal Gambling in Singapore. It provided Singaporeans with a legal avenue to bet on lotteries, countering the rampant illegal betting syndicates that were present.
Since 1 May 2004, Singapore Pools is owned by Singapore Totalisator,Board, a statutory board under the Ministry of Finance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Online betting system not user friendly, tried to transfer winning prize money from singpool App to my linked bank account , but was not successful due to bank maintenance in progress , and requires 3 to 5 working days for the money to go back Singaporepools account, dat means I need to do another repeat transfer to my Pte bank account again, Singaporepools should have stop my first transfer in the first place, which the system cannot handle this kind of situation.
