Management seems to think like barbarians

Very bad management, either the elevator is faulty or the air conditioner is faulty, the air conditioner has been repaired many times and it has not been repaired. I go to work every day like a sauna

A Big warning for Agents and Tenants looking for space. Do not be fooled by this place and here is the true reason. 1) The Landlord and management strictly controls every movement of the tenants 2) After 10pm no one is allow to be in the building and will be chased out even if you ask permission. 3) The electrical wiring in the building is never labelled and in a super mess as a fire hazard so renovation will costs a bomb. 4) All staffs and tenants Must carry their own Toilet papers to the toilet by themselves.? The toilet sewage system is choked frequently. The stench of urine will be savoury along the corridor. ? 5) The agents will be constantly disturbed for every petty things and their commissions will be paid after many many many warnings from lawyers later. 6) sanitary for ladies for their monthly menses dustbin is an open basket revealing all the bloodstains ? 7) the lobby reeks of cigarettes smell always as a welcome sign. 8) The aircon In the building is really weak 9) The night guards sleeps on the cardboxes without any ventilation. Which absolutely has no class or system. 10) Finally if they don’t like you, they will not hesitate to threaten you to kick you out of their building. I really appreciate those who are reading this comment. Whatever I’ve written is based on my team personal experience as a Singaporean. You’re most welcomed to go and view for yourself too.
