Just went to this outlet and I incidentally wrote a wrong bet type and went back for assistance. When I approached the counter, the indian female counter staff that served me earlier seem busy so I tried to approach the other chinese female counter staff , when I went close to the counter the indian female counter staff suddenly voiced out saying she was the one that took my sales earlier on and that I am not allowed to approach other counter staff, (was there such a rule?) (why she had to sound so harsh?) I then went to her then she started to say if the match is over she cannot cancel the ticket and change and that is likely due to my mistake (sounding defensive and harsh at the same time) (why? I am trying to see if my mistake can be rectified why she made it seem I am in a court trial?)(this one yes I am aware is my mistake in the first place) (then she went further to show me the paper slip that I drawn on earlier (yes I know its my mistake and she kept trying to repeat the same issue) (why she had to keep emphasizing on this point?) (I had to say I am sorry is my mistake and asked why she had to keep emphasizing on my mistake then she said fine and looked away) why she had to be so condescending when I was trying to seek assistance and had to make me go through all this? date 04/05/2022 time 1411hrs Indian female counter staff seated at the far left side of the outlet entrance.
