I understand that this is unavoidable as there are a lot of elderly paying their bills here but I don’t feel like anything is being done to improve the waiting time. Since is the case as well, I do wonder how overworked the staff at this branch are. I wouldn’t mind my parcels being redirected to another nearby post office and collecting it there instead, it definitely Beats waiting in line for 30 mins
M	M G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During COVID their website lists their service as available, mentioning only certain services are unavailable (e.g. car tax). What they don't mention is that the only thing open are the post boxes. Nobody is there to perform any services at all. Main office is completely closed. Cannot believe they took the time to update their website and couldn't add something honest and transparent like "main office is closed, no services available"

What is the point of ordering something online for it not to be delivered to your house when you were actually at home that day and you even have a parcel locker. Instead having to spend 30 minutes to travel here, instead of my closest PO, wait in long lines and then spend 30 minutes traveling home...home has 1.5 hours just to come out here to collect one small parcel. SingPost clearly do not understand customer service and convenience in the digital age, pick up your game!

Special thanks to SingPost staff "hp number XXXX5043 - Khairul?" had personally message me and amend to the correct address follow by deliver the parts the next day. Thank you once again.

Thankfully, the staff was very experienced and helped me to choose an appropriate box just by looking at the things I needed to send. He explained the costing and each process very clearly and made the experience very smooth.
S	Shane Wang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time sending parcel overseas and the staff is professional and friendly to guide me on the various options available - type of packing box /envelope for your item, bubble wrap to fill the empty space, additional insurance, speed of delivery depending on the option you select etc. Slowly you will see the cost of sending an item overseas creep up when you add up all the "options". You even have to pay for your own tape to seal the box! Interesting lesson learnt - next time probably should pack your item back home to cut down on the "unnecessary" cost.

However, the process is smooth and there are some fans placed outside to cool the temperature of crowd. Also, as there are some seniors which might not have safe entry scanner and hence the friendly staff is ready to take down their particular and make safe entry for them.
P	Priscilla Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sent 2 packages — Germany & Korea. good & helpful staff service and fast queue on Thu @12pm. 10% discount applies when ezy2ship shipment declaration is done online — this CAN be done at the post office (the staff are very helpful to help you through the entire process)! Minus 30min of packing at there, i took ~1hr in the post office. please bring your own masking tape & scrap paper (as stuffings) to save $ when packing your packages.
