J	J T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lazy postman from this Geylang East Post Office! Didn’t even bother to deliver to my house, didn’t even bother to place into my letterbox even those were register postages.. Left notes at my doorstep while i was at home, and i had to travel all the way to post office to collect my postages.. 3 times in 2 months i paid for registed mails and i still need to travel there to collect.. Hope management do something about it.. Thanks..
M	Mark Cacal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s very rare that I am doing a feedback however my experiences in this counter is the worst customer services that I had, The very old auntie in the counter is such a rude lady and She is arrogant.. I tried to send back money in the Ph but what she said i cannot send money because i am foreigner. Yes i know I am a foreigner here, but that time I am holding my passport and IPA. and the worst thing is she never let me talk.The way she speaks is arrogant, very rude and shouting at me. As that time i really need to send money, because of the emergency needs of my parents. Godbless to u Old Lady..hope u will find peace in your life, and dont be rude to all your customer.
M	Madelene Christina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service. I rarely write feedback or give bad reviews but the Chinese lady that works there is super rude. Yes its covid 19. I did my scan and sanitize my hand b4 entering. No one was there to take my temp. 3 customer ate inside. I went to queue cause i assume one customer another employee was attending and thebother 2 said they were waiting for somethin . So i queued. The malay lady attended to me . When the Chinese old lady came out she said very rudely to get out cause they have not taken my temperature. This not the first time she has been rude to me. I'm sure many complained about her but nothing is done. Shes just freaking rude.
