Called e service line 1605 answered by Sonali..cant do anything...
Wasting people time..hv to reschedule parcel to be send to the nearest post office .

Nothing else I could ask for.
Although the posting fee is quite pricy, it’s not their fault. lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are shipping items overseas, you are better off using another service or physically delivering the items yourself. This is the single worst shipping service I have ever used, in any country. My packages have been missing for 3 months now and customer service is 100% useless. I would never use Singapore Post again. Horrible, horrible experience.
