★ ★ ★ ★ ★ generally not many people frequent it S it is hiding in one corner of the inland revenue house ... Very polite and helpful staff. Only thing is that the working hours on weekends too short... Closes around 1pm. Service stops from 12pm onwsrds

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Google location shows wrong place! The branch is in Revenue House across the Novena road but google shows in Goldhill plaza area. Took me 20 mins to find the right place.
Overall the branch service is good. Short queue, nice and clean space.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When facing the main entrance of IRAS building (55 Newton Road), make a left turn and walk under the building. The post office is facing Newton Road, somewhere directly opposite Goldhill Plaza.
There is a 24 hours auto lobby with a SAM and orange juice vending machine in it. Can be slightly tricky to find, now that the place is blocked by construction boards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took some time for me to find this place. It's opposite Velocity and Goldhill Plaza.
When you reach IRAS (the first picture in the background), turn left and you should find IRAS Gallery (second picture), continue walking in straight and you'll find Singpost (third picture).
Service was ok, just like any other outlets which I have visited. But I do wish they could speed up the service especially when there's a queue. Seems like their system processes things quite slowly so I hope Singpost can update their system and make it operate faster.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was pleasantly surprised this branch was very empty and the counter staff extremely friendly and helpful. Doris and her colleagues helped me to locate the best and cost effective method to send my parcel and saved my dollars. When i walked in, I had only 15 min on hand and my mentality was to check out the crowd and come back later. I could not have finished my admin within 15 min if not for them. Thanks very much!!
