Singpost is the worst shipping courier in the world (not one of but the worst). I shipped Smartpac on Thursday 2pm, There is still no tracking information on Monday morning.

Always came here to do Register mail and buy stamps like their customer service and very patient and understanding.

If you are shipping items overseas, you are better off using another service or physically delivering the items yourself. This is the single worst shipping service I have ever used, in any country. My packages have been missing for 3 months now and customer service is 100% useless. I would never use Singapore Post again. Horrible, horrible experience.

Dear Singpost, LETTER OF APPRECIATION I would like to express my biggest gratitude to the gentleman and lady staff working at Singpost City Square Branch on Friday, 8 April 2022 at around 6pm. I had ordered a birthday gift for my wife's birthday about 1 month earlier on 6 March 2022 from a French website, and did not receive any updates from the merchant and French shipping company until 8 April 2022, 1 day before my wife's birthday and they told me the item was held at Singapore customs due to non-payment of GST/Duty, and for me to check with Singpost directly using the tracking code EY687711515FR. I immediately rush down to the nearest Singpost branch closest to my home, and the staff were very patient and understanding of my situation, and went thru great lengths to locate the status of my shipment and find out the amount I need to pay, as the status of the item has been changed to "Item will be returned to sender due to non-payment of GST/Duty, or non-receipt of permit after due date" due to lack of communications by the merchant. Because of their efforts, I was able to make payment on the spot, and we received the shipment very quickly on Monday, 11 April 2022 even though system shows that it usually will take 3 working days. Naturally our whole family was very surprised, excited and happy that we managed to received the birthday gift today. Thank you very much for making our day!!!! Cheers, Dominic Ling

This is the terrible experience with SingPost. My item ship to China from 25th March 2022. Until now 14th July 2022, the item still not delivered. Customer service keep saying that Need to wait another month!!!! Please guys don’t use and trust SingPost anymore. It’s really disappointed. Will never use again! Waste money waster time!!!!!!!!!
