★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude and unprofessional service by the lady with short hair with specs. It was my first time sending parcel overseas so I'm a bit lost. I've missed out one of the address field and she wrote a wrong city in the field, luckily I've double checked a rectify the mistake.
Totally not helpful in answering my queries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRIBLE. been there multiple times, all where exceptionally....bad. overcharged by $5 for postage, RUDE staff, especially one with glasses and short hair. only the lady who takes your temperature was really nice. DO NOT go here if Ur looking to post Ur stuff. do not recommend. AT. ALL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please stop the KPI nonsense. KPI system is a proven failed system in USA that only reward the incompetent leaders by exploiting staff and public. Stop upselling even for postage service. Post office should be a service to the public, not a place to constantly try to make more money out it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was there to collect my parcel. This female staff by the name of Jenny/Janice, shoulder length hair, has a very poor service/work attitude. Only two counters for collection, and theres queue. Her colleague on the most right was serving customer while she walked away for a long time leaving only one counter serving customer with a long queue at around10am and a few elderly in the queue today. Hope the management look into it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience . It opens at 09:30am in the morning. I was there to collect my missed delivery. You need to take your ID proof along with you incase if you are going there for collection. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Process of retrieving your object is quick. Beware of queue, if you reach late, as I had seen many queued up before opening. Reach there by 09:25am to beat the queue.
