★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Snail slow. Out of nowhere ulu location. All my mails get sent here although I live near Seng Kang. V inconvenient. Stupiak Singpost refuse to change the mail location to PO nearer my address. Maybe sent here coz not many mails come thru here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In dire need of revamping services. Never ever successfully receive a registered package. Even when at home. Paid extra for door delivery but always finding myself coming down personally for parcel collection.
Services at office is still like 10 years ago posting method , manual and labour intensive. Not keeping up.
Business surviving only because lack of strong competitor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really enjoy this vintage building. However iam very annoyed with Singpost that keeps asking me to pick up my parcels to this location that is very far away from my house, while there's another post office just around the corner. Singpost isn't exactly customer friendly nor logical.

limited services as this is a small outlet. have to go to the main one in serangoon central or hougang.
don't have trace together bluetooth scanner, need to scan barcode for tracetogether token.
