Don't bother coming over if you are here to mail a simple article or to purchase just one Smartpac (which can ONLY be purchased over the counter). Priority is given to passport collection. Be prepared to wait centuries for your turn. Trying to be efficient by asking what your customer needs at the door is not solving the problem. There are at least 20 people standing in an outlet all waiting for their turn and trying to safe distance is impossible. Singpost has disappointed throughout the years and why should we even bother to mail anything anymore.

(From 5 stars to 0 star) There is 2 doors. The main door leads to counter postals and services, nanyang old coffee shop and a gift shop. The side door leads to self drop off parcels, SAM machine, POP station and a gift vending machine. Came 15 minutes to closing and staff are already telling us in queue (long queue) that we might have to come another day as they want to close on time... eh please la we're in queue before closing time at least don't try to shoo us off. Close the queue on the dot is much more better!! Poor management! Not friendly and helpful staffs!

The new layout seems to be planned well. At least now, people can take a queue number and go out shopping somewhere before coming back because there will be an SMS alert for you. Hence it won't be as crowded. However, I can't say much for those aunties and uncles who are not tech savvy. As such, there has to be customer service officers assisting. Or else, you will see them queueing at the collection point for nothing when it gets busy. One other thing to note is that the place is much smaller than I thought compared to the previous one at CPF branch which may and may not be a good thing. Last thing is that I can see there are 4 rooms for insurance discussions. This might probably piss people off seeing that most are here to post or collect items, instead of getting pestered by insurance agents.

Went down to purchase concert tickets and the staff were very efficient and helpful! They also constantly checked in on everyone lining up and were reassuring us that the ticketing will go smoothly.

Jesus christ, the people working at Singpost need some basic skills. NO, I'M NOT INTERESTED IN YOUR INSURANCE PLAN, I DON'T NEED YOUR INSURANCE PLAN. I'm just here for my freaking parcels, sell your insurance deals somewhere bloody else. Think about it, who goes to a POSTAL SERVICE and go 'Hey, you know where should I buy my insurance plan from? The local post office!' Please guys, it's like the 20th time or something I had to say nicely I don't want your insurance plan....might as well wear a sign taped to my forehead next time I'm going there.

For anyone gg Singpost for any biz, please beware! WHY is Singpost staff acting as solicitors of AXA insurance agents at Singpost when all we want to do is to 1. Collect passport 2. Anything to do with mailings. I was at singpost to collect my passport and a singpost staff asked if I'm interested to learn more about saving plans. Thought the plans were from Singpost itself and since there's 10 persons infront of me, I thought why not? It bloody turned into a 2.5hrs talk and ended with the agent asking 'which policy would you like to proceed?' what in the world?!?!?!?! Please please if anyone approach you, tell them you are well insured!

Made an appointment in advance to collect our HPB tracker at this Singpost branch. It was a very pleasant experience as we were given a queue ticket after doing a safe entry at the glass entrance and ushered to a seat to wait for our turn. The counter staff who served us was very systematic in doing the necessary for our collection of the trackers. The branch was also paired up with other services such as a small stall selling finger food and drinks for a grab & go with no dine-in allowed. Not crowded. Highly recommended.

The new branch at the new building is very confusing. Once you walk in the ticketing is behind a pillar. Then theres a small cafe that's so out of place. And then theres a souvenir shop besides it. And then the collection booth is right behind. And the lady that helps you on the ticketing queue is constantly trying to get u to buy insurance. Worse and complicating experience. And the PO boxes are placed not beside but behind the post office. The person who design the post office should be fired.
