★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave them a call to enquire about their lateral roller shutters that I am interested in installing for our house. I just got a very short response of "oh we don't do residential" and I was like "Can you tell me the reason why?". She replied "I also don't know". Not very knowledgable staff I guess.. I thought maybe it's just the person on the call who doesn't know the reason, so I asked her if she could connect me to another person or colleague who might know, she then said "Sorry we don't have enough manpower right now to answer your question."
Terrible experience even though it was just a phone call.
