β β β β β My first time to this kind of medical institution in Singapore ....and to understand more... my experience in Singapore for the elderly they don't have free medical welfare after 65 (is sad know ) in this institution they can paid a minimum fee( donations ) for the treatment or free due to incoming charity is a blessing ....for many hard young human who work hard..... when they turn 65 of age the service they given and no return of free medical welfare this is not a blessing.....
this institution gives help to all human is a blessing ......god will bless everyone in the helping of the institution and donations will come in like the water in the sea TQ

β β β β β There will only be given two tcm herbs for you every visit/appointment to the main branch, you have to buy the herbs from near by herbs distributor, the sole distributor for thong chai medical .
I strongly recommend those who are having brain tumor/ removal of tumor to have the doctor to prescribed you with TCM herbs for healing/ prevention of tumor to regrow. Also help the hair along the stitches regrow as well
Children who are picky eater, visit the thong chai Medical. doctors will help your child improve their appetite.

β β β β β Been here many times and all the TCM are very professional, 5 stars to all of them except one tcm NG CHIN KIAN. When I see him, I told him I had sudden cough for a very short period of time and it disappear, he say just drink more water, i can see you don't drink water. But I drink more than 8 cups a day. And he say must eat more fruits, which I love fruit. To me, when he say all this, it show that he doesn't understand my conditions. When he ask me to stick out my tongue, he say you have a lot of colours in your tongue, i don't know what you eat just now. I was just plainly shock.
Compare to others tcm, they took time to look at my tongue, read my pulse and accurately pin point my problem.

β β β β β Been to thong chai many times. It is completely free for anyone. You can make any donation there too, no obligation. To take free tablet and syrup up to 6 days. I always look for Physican How Sek Kwong. His medicine is effective for me. I eaten painkiller for my foot pain and headache for quite some time, I didnβt recover. After seeing Physican How, I recovered.
I also have chronic ibs and gastric problem that western medicine donβt work on me. Mr How tcm medicine work for me.
For tcm, it might not work as fast as western medicine, but it work better in long run. Just give it 1 to 2 weeks medicine, be patient, it would works.
