β β β β β Rude counter staff. Called to clarify about the payment history of a jab package but counter staff said she is very busy and hung up the phone. The call barely reached 1 minute.
If it was a bad time to receive a call, please consider advising the caller to call back at a non-peak period.

β β β β β Racist and very rude service counter. Went to see doctor but get chase out and ask me to go. shout at me Say don't disturb. Very scared that people might pass the virus to her she spray the door when i was standing outside the clinic. Other patients she let in. I even take a video of her for proof.

Serena, the nurse is very knowledgeable and will always give advise and tips on top of what the doctor has already told me. I highly recommend this clinic!
