★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. I renewed my hosting less than 2 months ago for an entire year.
2. However, I find SingaporeHost to be expensive, and they don't have a phone number for support purposes which can be very annoying when I need immediate support.
3. I request to SingaporeHost to change my hosting provider.
4. SingaporeHost refuses to provide a refund for the 10 unconsumed months of service.
5. SingaporeHost also states in an email that refunds are only provided during a 30-day money back guarantee period. However, their website states that this is 45 days, which shows even their staff are providing inaccurate information to customers.
6. The whole thing is very dodgy. I am cancelling all my services with SingaporeHost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are a business client of Singapore Host and had a urgent problem and needed their immediate support (email MX records and CNAME had to be updated).
1.) No phone support - how is that acceptable for a hosting and DNS service provider?
2.) Support took 4h to update the 2 records (not including the refresh time)
I wouldn't recommend using any services of this company:
- No phone line and support refused to call us although we were highlighting that it was an urgent business matter
- They don't list any Company name (registered legal entity name) on their page nor any names of company officials
- They hide their whois domain registrar records
