★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally wrong delivery time and late reply in WhatsApp.
Delivery time was 11am~2pm. They failed to deliver at that time. So, I asked to deliver after 6pm by calling bcos I have to go out, then they promised. But, their driver delivered 3:40pm. really no internal communication by themselves. what kind of system is like this ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My order did not arrive. I was notified that actually they weren’t able to get hold of me as I had supplied the incorrect phone contact number. WhatsApp service was incredibly prompt and appreciating the time of year, organised an external delivery agent.
My error and yet this company delivered above and beyond. Each item is perfect for gifting. Fabulous customer service and quality SingSing Mart!
