★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can confirm what has been said in the reviews above: I asked the same question to 2 different persons, and I got 2 different answers! The staff is clearly incompetent, on top of being lazy. I asked the girl to connect to the Singtel website so that I can show her what I have seen (and what I want). Of course, I came here to buy some data, so I could not use my phone to show her. And what did she reply?! "We don't have access to the Singtel website in the shop" .... Seriously??!!? So I ended up using one of the phone being showcased to browse the internet. Great customer experience there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m surprised singapore still has such service like emerging markets. There is only 1 person for the service while there are lots of customers waiting (around 6-7). Apart from the service attitude,it’s unbelievably slow and it’s the branch in the CBD area.
