The queue was quite long today.

I came here twice to have cake set in the morning. The table and floor were so dirty.... they cant do the simple things by cleaning the table before opening the store....no more visit for me.

There are 2 queues, one empty without cashier, both not labelled. The staff ignore us and just let us queue, when the want boy in front of me wanted to pay, they told him that he has to go to the back of another queue which was empty when we were queuing. Terrible. Not apologetic at all. It was another customer who told me to go to the other queue. They ignored me when I tried to get their attention. Terrible!!!

Chicken pie is ok. Service though is not that great... It was not the first time, and yesterday it happened again leaving me in doubt if this is done on purpose. On several occasions that I was there, it coincided that it was having that 3 for 2 sale, so I always ordered extras to take home (6, sometimes 9 pies). As the queue forms and the attendant tries to rush payments, they give you the bag and the card slip, but not the receipt. Many times I just tap my card believing I was charged correctly, and that was not what happened yesterday (and a couple of times before). And then when you do the math later, you find out you’re charged full price. In my case, I bought 9 chicken pies, and that 3 for 2 represent 7+ dollars difference. On purpose or not, that happens at Polar Raffles Place, and it happens quite often...

Very bad service at raffles, why isn't the staff fired. Today she got mad that I said puff instead of pie. Like seriously be thankful that you have a job.

didn’t eat the curry puff for ages so got one for breakfast today. the puff is not even warm. it’s like eating puff kosong. the fillings is 10%. last time buying this .

Racist staff. Noticed that the morning shift chinese guy greeted n say thankyou to a chinese lady but didnt do the same way to the INDIAN lady infront my line. Like the cafe educate the staff to be rude or racist maybe,? Happens this morning
