★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to the store to buy a doormat. There were no staff around although there was a roll of carpet placed diagonally across the entrance. We chose the doormat which was in a pile at the front of the entrance and waited for a very long time for the staff to return. I sat outside the store whilst my helper and children stayed in the store with the doormat and money to pay for it. When the staff did finally return, he looked very annoyed and scolded my helper and children for being in the store. Evidently the rolled carpet was supposed to indicate that no one was allowed in the store. As if we knew what a rolled up carpet meant? Only when I walked into the store and told him that a sign indicating that he was away and would be back soon, would have been a better idea, then he went quiet. This is horrible customer service. Customers were honest and willing to wait for service, only to be bullied and scolded just because they were a helper and children. I will never return to this store.

Treat the owner with basic decency and respect like you would treat anyone else, and maybe get something when you come back after the first visit. I definitely will come back.
