This is my second time with Radhika and team and I absolutely love their cakes. They are visually tantalising and lip smacking. Love the teams creativity and enthusiasm in ensuring you really get the best. These cakes do create a talking point with the adults and kids just adore them. I ordered a custom "blue shark & candies" themed cake and matching vegan cupcakes for my daughter's 3rd birthday. The customer service was superb end-to-end. Sinsations took note of every detail that I wanted, told me upfront what was possible, and delivered everything as promised (and then some). They set appropriate expectations with me throughout the process, giving me heads up on usage of almond milk, cake readiness and delivery time, and even waited for me at the door when I wasn't home. The delivered cake and cupcakes came unexpectedly with complimentary a "happy birthday" candle, a metal cake server and a homemade berry sauce to complement the cakes! The cakes themselves were BEAUTIFUL and DELICIOUS. I couldn't tell the vegan cupcakes were vegan. I am a happy first-time customer through and through. So happy to have found Sinsations by chance. I highly recommend them and will come back again.

I chose Radhika for my baby’s first birthday ? knowing she is an expert in making all sorts of cakes. Since my baby is allergic to cow milk, she made a lemon sponge cake (with coconut milk) and berry compote filling) and it turned out to be delicious!! Super moist even one day after!

An extremely comfortable and pleasant experience to order my birthday cake from Sinsations By Radhika. The theme was supposed to be an exhausted mom doing the household chores. However, this being a once-a-year (happy) occasion for me, I decided to depict a smiling character instead. Going through the order (and subsequently making changes) with Matilda was very stress-free. She was very patient and thorough, ensuring that I made an informed choice. She had also encouraged me in a personal aspect. Looking at the beautiful detailed cake, I know that Radhika had put in a lot of effort during the creation. After that, Radhika had personally delivered the cake because it being the New Year eve, they could not get a driver. I am extremely grateful for the gesture. The taste of the cake itself was very delicious and coupled with the specially-made vanilla-based sauce, it was heavenly. There was after-sales service as well from both Radhika and Matilda to ensure that I was happy and satisfied with my order. Thank you for the team to make my birthday very memorable ?
